Located at coordinates 36.21512° – 29.98636°, the marina offers secure accommodation and modern services on Sülüklü Caddesi in Büyükkum Mahallesi. The prevailing winds being Southwest–West, natural shelter, and infrastructure design provide comfortable berthing opportunities for most of the year. The marina has a capacity of 450 at sea and 250 in the dry dock; the approach lights are Red: FI R 3s ş1, k2 and Green: FI G 3s ş1, k2, and VHF 73 is used for communication.
Demre is surrounded by world-renowned heritage sites such as St. Nicholas Church, Myra (rock tombs and theater), Andriake, and the Museum of Lycian Civilizations Kekova Island (Sunken City), Kaleköy (Simena), and the region's virgin coves can be reached by short boat trips from the marina.

The marina can be reached within minutes by road from the center of Demre district; for boats approaching by sea, listen to VHF 73 "Setur Marinas Demre" and follow the entrance lights (Red: FI R 3s s1, k2 / Green: FI G 3s s1, k2). The marina is approximately 5 nautical miles from Kekova by sea.
Healthcare facilities, pharmacies, ATMs, and daily shopping spots in the Demre district center are just a short drive away. Local seafood restaurants and cafes line the waterfront; day trips to Kekova and nearby coves, as well as activities like diving and paddleboarding, can be organized via short boat routes.
