Recruitment Process

  • Application:  Every application you submit to Setur Marinas is carefully reviewed and evaluated based on positions that match your qualifications.
  • Assessment:  During the assessment stage, supporting evaluation tools such as professional competency inventories, numerical, verbal, and technical assessment tests, as well as an English proficiency exam, are used.
  • Interview:  Both technical and behavioral interviews are conducted with relevant technical department managers and Human Resources professionals.
  • Offer:  For candidates who successfully complete all stages, a reference check is conducted first, followed by a salary offer.
  • Orientation:  Candidates who are hired are included in a three-month onboarding program. At this stage, all steps that contribute to the adaptation process are presented to participants through a digital journey.
