Our History

1978 Çeşme Marina

The founding story of Setur Marinas represents the beginning of a revolutionary journey in the Turkish maritime sector. This well-established brand, founded in 1978 with Çeşme Altınyunus Marina, has become one of the most respected marina operators in the Mediterranean since then.

1991 Antalya Marina

By renting Antalya Marina, which is owned by Turkish Maritime Organization, Setur Marinas has doubled its number of marinas. Setur Marinas Antalya quickly established itself in the industry with its renewed image and solid service approach, becoming one of the most prestigious marinas in the region.

1997 Ayvalık Marina

An important destination for yachts traveling from north to south, Ayvalık Marina became part of the Setur Marinas chain in August 1997. Surrounded by the natural beauty of the Aegean, this marina quickly became one of the favorite stops for mariners thanks to its location and the services offered.

1997 Kuşadası Marina

Kuşadası Marina was acquired in 1997 and, following a brief investment period, was put into service fully equipped for yachting.

1998 Finike Marina

Seeking to invest in new marinas due to increased demand in the Eastern Mediterranean, Setur Marinas took another significant step toward chain marina management by acquiring Finike Marina in April 1997.

1998 Kalamış and Fenerbahçe Marinas

Kalamış & Fenerbahçe Marinas, which started operating in 1987 and are the largest marinas in Türkiye, became part of the Setur Marinas chain in December 1998.

2005 Netsel Marina

Setur Marinas acquired a 55% stake in Netsel Marina, the 2nd largest marina of Türkiye in Marmaris, in August 2005, and it became a part of the chain.

2007 Yalova Marina

The tender for Yalova Marina was secured in 2007, and Setur Yalova Marina started operating in 2010.

2011 Makmarin Kaş Marina

Kaş Marina, one of the most exclusive marinas in Türkiye, became part of the chain in 2011 through a 50% partnership between Setur Marinas and Makyol.

2012 Mytilini Marina

Mytilini Marina, located on Lesbos, the third largest island in Greece, became part of our marinas in 2012.

2023 Ören Rib & Refit Park

Setur Marinas Ören Rib & Refit Park started operating in 2023 with wintering on land, boat maintenance and repair services, and continues to progress towards becoming a key player in the sector with its state-of-the-art services.

2025 Demre Marina

Demre Marina became part of our chain as our new marina, built in collaboration with Makyol İnşaat and operated by Setur Marinas.

2025 Göcek Marinas

Setur Marinas added two marinas in Göcek to its service chain in 2025, welcoming guests at Setur Marinas Göcek Village Port and Exclusive. These marinas are inspired by the region's natural coves and maritime culture, elevating the customer experience to a whole new level.
