TAYK BMW Borusan Otomotiv Victory Cup yacht race, held on August 30, the 102nd anniversary of the Great Victory, in the Bosphorus, of which we are one of the sponsors, was attended by a total of 42 sailboats from the IRC 0, 1, 2, 3, 4, and Support classes. The boats competing on the Caddebostan Moda Adalar course on August 31 and September 1 treated all Istanbulite sailing enthusiasts to a visual feast. After a total of 5 races in 3 days, Farrfara Bodrum Milta Marina/Farrfara took the first place trophy in the IRC 0 class, Akpa Chemical II in the IRC 1 class, Helly Hansen/Cheese V in the IRC 2 class, Sahibinden.com/Flamenco in the IRC 3 class, and Sebago Alize G28 in the IRC 4 class. The special prize, the August 30 TAYK BMW Borusan Otomotiv Victory Cup, went to Enka Cheese IV among the boats competing in IRC classes 0, 1 and 2, and to Sahibinden.com/Flamenco among the boats competing in IRC classes 3-4.
The winners were presented with their awards at the ceremony held at Kalamış Marina on the final day of the race. Guests had a great time after the ceremony, enjoying Jabbar's live performance.
