History
Koç Group Company Setur Marinas began its operation in 1978 with Çeşme Altınyunus Marina. Setur Marinas, which is one of the numbered chain businesses of the Mediterranean Basin in the marina sector, is also the leading marina chain in Turkey.

As of 2000, the number of yacht reached 20, however, due to stratejic decision of the management, chartering divisonceased operation and sold it fleed.
In 1991, Setur rented the marina within the commercial port of Antalya, which was under the management of Turkish Maritime Administrations. So, Antalya became the second Setur Marina after Çeşme Altınyunus.
As a result of 2 years of reconstruction and development projects, Setur Antalya became a well organised marina in world standarts. At the end of 16 years of Setur Management, Antalya Marina handed over to the new owners of Antalya commercial port. Antalya Marina is being managed by Setur Antalya Marina since September 2013.
As a result of the increasing demand in Eastern Mediterranean, Setur started searching for new Marina Investments. In April 1997, Finike Marina has been taken over from Finike Municipality by hiring the port and made an important step in Marina Chain Administration.
Ayvalık Marina, which is an important stop-over for yachtsmen sailing from north to south, became a member of Setur Marinas in August
1997 by overtaking all the shares of the previous administrating company. Being only a stop-over until this date, the marina started also operating as an full-equipped marina after new investments and re-organisations have been taken effect.
The same year Karacasöğüt Jetty, which is a natural protected area, became a member of Setur Marinas and was re-organised, as a proper stop-over for yachts, without distroying the natural beaty. Setur Karacasöğüt Jetty which had been operating as charter base since 1997, ceased operation in 2002.
As a result of the privatisation adjudications of Turban Marinas in 1997, which were state enterprises, Kuşadası Marina which is the first marina in Turkey was taken over. At the end of a fast investment period the marina started operating as a full-equipped marina.
Setur Marinas, which manages a total of 10 marinas including Kalamış/Fenerbahçe, Yalova, Ayvalık, Midilli, Çeşme, Kuşadası, Marmaris, Kaş, Finike and Antalya, is the most important brand that supports the growth of the marina sector in Turkey.
