A first by Setur Marinas in the marina industry: Safe Tourism Certification
Setur Marinas were the first in the marina industry to receive the “Safe Tourism Certification” launched by the Ministry of Culture and Tourism, allowing visitors to stay safely at the facilities during the Covid-19 pandemic. Currently, nine Setur Marinas including Antalya, Ayvalık, Çeşme, Finike, Kalamış&Fenerbahçe, Kaş, Kuşadası, Marmaris and Yalova have fulfilled the requirements of the program and started to serve their guests under the assurance of the Safe Tourism Certification.
The certification includes a series of recommended measures for all visitors spending their vacation in Turkey across a vast spectrum ranging from transportation to accommodation, facility personnel to the physical condition of the passengers themselves. After filing its application for certification, Setur Marinas underwent inspection by an inspector sent by the certification body. Its marinas were certified after periodic controls at the facilities to ensure the provision of services in accordance with the set criteria.
At the Safe Tourism Certified Setur Marinas, arriving visitors will be able to access all auditing information for the facility by scanning the QR code featured at the bottom of the certificate.
